Mystro
Mystro is a feisty, cheerful little guy who is looking for a feline buddy to continue his kitty education. His current foster buddies are doing a fine job getting him started on this. However, he does "play" hard and still nips and grabs with his paws.
He enjoys playing not only with his foster friends but his mom as well. He's also discovered that once he's temporarily drained his energy reserve, she has a terrific lap to take a nap on and build it back up.
He has tested negative for FIV and leukemia and has finished his vaccines and has been neutered. He was born in the middle of May.

Beverly
Beverly is a stunning mix of orange and brown tabby, with a touch of the exotic. Check out her elegantly striped left sleeve and stunning red highlights. We think there's a bit of Siamese in her background -- just look at that regal profile, and long, lean body. She's very intelligent, affectionate and playful, but isn't terribly vocal as Siamese can be.
She's a quiet, dignified girl who will appreciate a similar kind of household. Beverly has always been around other cats and kittens and she enjoys playing with them, but her style of play is quite ladylike, and if things get too rough, she will just step aside and find a lap to sit in while she observes the goings-on. Beverly especially likes the track ball toy.
She enjoys sitting in sunny windowsills, rearranging all her toys and other adored objects, napping in her pup tent, and sleeping on the bed at night, snuggled up close.
Beverly was born in late April 2008. She has is spayed, up to date on vaccines
and has been tested negative for FIV and the feline leukemia virus.

Holly
Fate brought Holly to Animal Rescue just in the nick of time - she was saved from scheduled euthanasia with minutes to live. Her foster mom, a longtime volunteer with ARCF, adopted her and they lived happily together for the past 3 years. Recently though, this kind lady had to move to an assisted living apartment where she could not bring her furry companion along.
Holly took a week or so to consider and embrace her new living situation, but is now thriving in foster care and ready for a home of her own. When approached, she marches in place, kneading her paws in anticipation that someone will sit with her and love her. She purrs on her foster mom's lap, and in the evenings, foster dad lies on the floor with Holly while she kisses his face. She loves being combed and she has excellent litter box habits. Holly would do best in an adult-only household with no other pets.
Holly had a thyroid condition that has been treated and cured (no medication required). She is in good health, and at the age of nine, her vet concurs that she has many years yet to enjoy life. She is of course spayed, vaccinated and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Alice
Alice is the sleek black little tortoishell. She has quite the darling personality and will follow you around the house like a little puppy dog. But don't think this girl needs to be constantly entertained, she does that quite well on her own and will keep you amused with some of her antics. One of which is chasing her tail around in circles, or amazing you with her spectacular leaping abilities. But Alice is not only fun and games, she also likes to cozy up to you for a nap and a little lovin. And an affectionate girl she is!
Emily
Emily is an upfront, how are you? kind of girl. Her blue eyes sparkle and we swear she smiles. She loves to play in the evening and can rearrange toys like nobody's
business.
Greta
Greta is the alpha cat of the bunch and she sometimes gets a little bossy with her sisters, but that does not mean she does not love them. It is more like she is the mother cat of the group and we often find her snuggling on the bed and grooming her siblings. Greta also loves to snuggle with her human companions and is known in her foster home as the love bug because she will pretty much sit with you and purr to her hearts content as long as you will let her. She does require that time be spent with her each day and she will let you know if she is feeling that she has been neglected. But not in an annoying way, in fact she is really quite endearing when she reminds you that she's been waiting for you all day.

Tiger
This young male is between 2 and 3 years old. He is such a gentleman and loves people. He would do well with another cat, but we don't know what he thinks of dogs. He would also do well with older children that are cat friendly.
He is quite a tall cat and has filled out nicely. Petite will never be his middle name. His spots are more prominent than stripes, and his white bib and feet make him one handsome guy. Tiger is not shy with people and appreciates a kind word and a good pet. He is looking forward to settling in a home where he is safe and gets lots of love and attention.

Fern
Fern is a two-year old long-haired calico tabby who loves to find a warm lap, curl up with a big purr and make biscuits while being pet and brushed. She will reward your efforts with a kiss on the nose, and then run off to find a ball or mouse to chase around the house. She needs a little bit of play time every day, but for the most part, she is an excellent low-maintenance companion.
She has made friends with two cats in her foster home and has become quite attached to one. If she were in a home where she was able to get a lot of attention, we think she would also be content as the only cat.
She's confident, curious, and very good-natured. We don't know if she has experience with dogs or children, but the last few months before she came to us were rather stressful, and she clearly enjoys a quiet household.

Scrappy
Scrappy is a little tuxedo boy who has a sweet as can be personality (as his name implies, he can be a little tiger as well). Despite his small size this little one seems to have no fear and he is quite outgoing towards all the other felines in his foster home. Much of Scrappy's time is spent sneaking up and pouncing on all the other cats in the household, and although he also loves human companionship he really needs another kitty in his new home to keep him company.
Scrappy loves to play with anything that makes noise and he will keep you entertained with his antics and acrobatics, that is until he gets tuckered out and decides to curl up next to you for a little nap.

Daphne
This two year old little girl is sweet as can be. She adores people and has had a friendly encounter with a cat-friendly dog. She is a little more picky with her feline counter parts, is doing well with the laid back males in her foster home.
Because she is active, she needs room to run and would appreciate the company of older children that would have time to play or snuggle with Daphne. She is a healthy active girl, with perfect household manners. She doesn't mind a pedicure and looks forward to a good brushing. She is spayed, has tested negative for FIV and leukemia and is up to date on her vaccines.

Tom and Colleen
One look into the blue eyes of these beautiful Siamese mix kittens, and you will be hooked. They both love their toys, but enjoy a nice human lap when they are worn out from playing. They are already good about using scratching posts. They are also getting used to being groomed and having their nails trimmed.
Tom is the assertive one who likes to instigate wrestling and play. He is a fearless explorer who loves to make discoveries. He adores the adult cats in his foster home and lovingly nudges them in hopes of being groomed and bathed.

Tom
Colleen is a sweetheart who loyally follows her brother's lead. If she hears an interesting sound somewhere in the house, she plays detective until she solves the mystery of what's causing it. She loves to crawl under the covers and play. Like her brother, she adores the adult cats in her foster home.

Snow
This little girl is such a delight. She has a calm, sweet presence and makes no waves. Snow is not an overly demanding girl but does appreciate attention. You want to spend a low-key night at home? .. she's your girl.
She is currently living with other foster cats and is very amiable with them, but would also be happy to have a person to herself. She is a fairly flexible girl. Snow plays well by herself, has impeccable house manners and her quiet ways would make her a good candidate for a home that needs a quiet, calm family member. This mature kitty would be the perfect companion for a mature person.

Russell
This boy is such a delight. At two years
old, he's fully grown but small for a male. He is quite
happy to have finally been released from a kennel and into a
foster home. He is easy going and curious about
everything. He loves to be combed because that means
he's getting your full attention. What could be
better? Well, perhaps a good meal but he is not an
over-eater.
He is not dog tested, but he is a mellow boy
so may do just fine with them. He said to mention that
all he wants are two squares a day and LOVE LOVE LOVE.
And that's what you will get in return.

Natalie
Did someone say lap
cat? Petite and easy-going Natalie would love to
find a home with a friendly lap where she can snooze and
snuggle. Her markings are stunning, in vivid shades of
orange, black and white. This gorgeous girl also enjoys
being groomed, and spends many happy hours sitting
in the window watching the world go by. Her manners are
impeccable, and everything she does is very dainty; she
nibbles on her food and never spills a morsel, then
carefully washes up. She swats gently at her toys then rolls
over for a tummy rub.
Natalie tolerates the company
of other cats, and probably would live happily with another
mellow feline. She loves the company of people, and might
get along with a gentle dog, although she hasn't been
tested. She's not the least bit demanding, and can happily
amuse herself most of the time, as long as there is some
cuddle and play time every day.

Sandra
Sandra is a dignified lady of a
certain age, who seeks a household of mature companions,
where her calm presence will be appreciated. She loves
nothing more than being brushed and combed from head to toe,
including her belly. She likes this so much that she'll
roll over and do somersaults to make sure you don't miss any
spots that need brushing. If you stop before she feels
she's had enough, she may reach out and tap you on the arm as
a reminder to keep brushing a little longer.
Sandra will sit on your lap or
sit next to you, as you prefer, and happily purr the hours
away. She's very content to live in a small space, as long
as she has a window seat so she can amuse herself by
watching the world go by while you are out or busy. Toys are
not really her thing; she much prefers people and is not shy
about expressing herself, especially to say "Hello,
glad to see you! Can you sit here with me for awhile?"
She has a funny little meow that is guaranteed to make you
smile.
Sandra is not bothered by
the other cats in her foster home, but she doesn't seem to
be interested in forming attachments to them. She would be
perfectly happy being an only cat. Her house manners are
impeccable, and she has no food issues. She requires low
maintenance and provides great companionship in return.
We guess that Sandra is about 8 years old, and has recently been through a complete exam including blood work and a dental cleaning, and she is in excellent health. Of course she has been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up to date on vaccines.

Sebastian is a 7 year old sweetie who is quiet natured, easy to handle and loves to have his fluffy fur combed. He has the most striking green eyes and that beautiful Maine Coon look.
Sebastian grew up with a dog and we think he is still looking for his friend. Calmer, cat experienced other animals will work best. He would also be good as an only-cat.
He is not a competitive boy so doesn't push others out of the way to get on anyone's lap. However, if he had his own person he would be happy. He plays well by himself and we think a quiet home would do well for this lovely boy.

Ellie Mae and Bubba Joe
This bright eyed sister and brother pair were born in the last part of February. Because they have been hand raised they are very socialized with people, are fearless, self-confident and curious. Life is just one long adventure.
Ellie Mae and Bubba Joe are a bonded pair and won't be separated. They are always playing with each other, sleeping together, wrestling, chasing, eating each other's food and/or washing each other. If Ellie Mae has something, Bubba Joe wants it. If Bubba Joe goes somewhere, Ellie Mae will follow. They also like other cats. Everybody is a potential playmate. They are not dog or children tested however.
Both purr when they see you coming and enjoy a good hug or pet. If you are looking for high energy and very sweet natures, this pair is it. They would love to sleep with you at night and to nap in your lap once they wind down but it will be a few more months before they lose their kitten energy and curiosity.

Penny
Penny is a petite, friendly, active two year old girl. She's looking for a friend or three who love snuggling, insists on a spot on the bed at night, and loves racing around pouncing on dust bunnies and saving the world from sneaky balls of paper on the prowl. She is tolerant of other well-mannered kitties, and with time would probably end up buddies with another energetic, good-natured kitty. She has good house manners, uses a scratching post, and is a tidy litter box girl.
Penny loves to hold on with her paws and gently chewing on a finger or two, but is never rough, and knows what "let go" and "no" mean. Because of her active nature, a home with another buddy kitty to play with, or with someone who is home most of the day is probably best for her. Older children should be fine.

This two year old sleeps in her bed, loves to be combed and loves her toys. She also loves warmth and prefers to be close to the heaters (just like most cats). She is a perfect indoor-only cat. In fact, she is so lovely, she purrs whenever her foster mom touches her.
She can be won over with treats every day. BeBe is looking for a new best friend (or friends) who understand the importance of daily treats and pets. BeBe does not like other pets or smaller children. Her dream home is a quiet one that contains humans that believe she should have their undivided attention.

Beatrix & Olive
These gorgeous girls are sisters. Born in the middle of April 2007, they are just year old.
Sweet as pie, there is nothing shy about these girls. They love people and adjust well to other cats. They are not dog tested, but should have no problems with older, cat friendly children and dogs. They would be a great fit for someone with an elderly cat.
Olive is a shorter medium hair except for her tail. She shares fluffy tail bragging rights with a brother. Olive likes to nibble on your fingers and then give you a lick to seal the deal.
Beatrix is the shorthaired one of the pair but is every bit as sweet as sister Olive. She goes straight to the lick (her form of kisses) because she loves everyone.

Calvin & Mazie
Calvin and Mazie are a delightful pair that were found at a home near one of our volunteers. They came from different litters but are very attached to each other and will not be separated. Both are very shy of new people, but once they know you they are the sweetest little loves!
Calvin was born around the end of April. He is quite the beautiful boy, with the most silky soft fur and very unusual coloring. The white of his fur is white as snow (kept so by his meticulous grooming), and then his colors go from reds to browns to grays. He also has the longest and most beautiful tail we have every seen. Calvin's favorite past time is sitting next to you on the sofa and having his lovely coat brushed.
His second favorite is playing with his pal, Mazie. The two can frequently be heard chasing each other through the house or playing with their toy mice. Although they are an active pair, they would do best in an adult-only home.
Mazie was born around the end of May. She was very ill when she was found at about 6 weeks of age and has made an amazing recovery. Mazie is quite small for her age, which is probably due to her growth being stunted by her illness. She is now fully recovered but may be prone to having flare ups of a respiratory infection in the future. She's done very well so far though.
Despite all she has gone through, she has turned out to be quite an affectionate little gal. Although she does not care for being held, she absolutely adores being stroked, kissed and talked to. In fact any display of adoration is readily accepted by Mazie and she shows her affection in turn with her very loud purrs and frequent head butts.

Daisy Mae
Daisy Mae is as pleasant and lovely as a cat could be. She spent her first years living outside, where she was cared for by a nice couple who adored her, but were unable to bring her inside. When they moved away, they could not take her along, but still continued to drive to their old house and look after her until an ARCF foster home became available. Once Daisy Mae learned what it was like to live indoors, she never looked back.
Because she was on her own for some time, she is sometimes unsure of people's intentions when they first approach her. Once she gets to know a person she feels more comfortable and relaxed. After just a few days, she was jumping into her foster mom's lap to snuggle and get treats. She so loves to be petted and cuddled, that her dainty little paws begin to knead as soon as a person touches her. She kneads delicately, never using her claws. She has a low purr that can be felt more than heard, and she does purr often. Daisy Mae has perfect house manners and no bad habits.
We think she would prefer a quiet, adult home without a lot of activity. She is cordial with the gentle male cat in her foster home, but somewhat fearful of cats with more aggressive personalities. She might like a cat friend in her new home if the other cat were mild mannered, or she would be fine with human companionship only. Daisy Mae is five years old.

Slinky
Slinky is a young man who is a great guy. He loves people but has been given a hard time in the past by other cats so prefers to keep his people to himself.
He is the most polite young man. Doesn't talk too much (just enough for a good chat), minds his manners with the litter box, and loves a spot to call his own. Sometimes that spot is your lap. Slinky has a limit to how much he likes pets but does not have a limit on the purrs. He is great company while you garden. After all, those butterflies need to be kept at bay while you pull those weeds.
To keep his skin in good condition, Slinky eats specific foods and he does look good, don't you think?

They enjoy the company of people, and also have experience being around dogs. They love to be petted and give you loving looks and lots of purring to show their appreciation for your affection. They will also keep you entertained when you watch them play with toys and run around. They love it when you interact and play with them.

Lula & Sailor
Sailor and Lula had a rough start in life, but now they are living large and loving it! Every critter is a playmate, evrey object is a toy, every day is an opportunity to explore unknown territory and invent new games. Lula is smart as a whip and fearless -- she is the chief inspector, who will dive head first into every bag, box, cupboard, or laundry basket she encounters. Sailor is not quite as brave, but he is devoted to his Lula so he will follow wherever she goes and play whatever game she wants to organize.
Lula is a black tortie with beautiful butterscotch highlights, including that striking blaze on her face. She is dainty and sleek, and acrobatic as a little seal. She loves to fly through the air in pursuit of Da Bird toy, or the laser light dot, or pretty much anything that moves. She also likes to carry her toys around and stash them in secret places, and she has been known to take objects not belonging to her and hide those away as well. But fair's fair -- if you can find them, you can have them back.
Sailor's fur is incredibly soft, and he has the sweet personality we know and love in orange tabby boys. Sailor's favorite toys are closer to the ground, especially the furry mice. His favorite game with them is to pursue them around the kitchen, then knock them under the stove and sit there looking cute until someone gets down on hands and knees to retrieve them. He loves cuddling, petting, brushing, massages -- and naps! Sometime Lula has to help him get washed up before nap time.
These kittens were born in the summer, so they are about 6 months old. We're not sure if they are litter mates, but they are completely bonded, and can't be separated. They've been spayed/neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and are up to date on vaccines.

Track and gymnastic events are at the top of their "fun" list, but so is spending time with their people. After all, the best way to end the day is some quiet time on a lap or two. And if a morning nap could be squeezed into the day, all the better.

This sweet, petite girl has wonderful, vibrant markings of the gorgeous Calico she is. She can be described as sassy, yet demur. She adores people and loves to play. She's also the kind of girl that can sit sweetly beside you, keeping you good company on rainy days while you read or just rest. A gentle touch of her nose on your face is to say "I love you".
She plays well by herself and has found that kittens are terrific to play with as they don't get tired of playing as older cats do. She finds them entertaining (don't we all) and can't help but join in the chase. She will need a home where she can pick up a little speed during the times she wants to run off a little extra energy.
We think Izzy would be fine with another very self-assured yet easygoing, cat friendly feline. (No pushovers, please.) She is not thoroughly dog tested but did well when one visited. Izzy would not be good around small children but would appreciate the attention of older children (and she does love attention.) She is going to make someone(s) a terrific companion. Felix
LOVER DOLL - Felix is 13 pounds of pure love. Loves to cuddle, loves to be picked up and held (which not all cats do), loves to have his belly scratched (ditto), loves to follow you around, loves to sleep with you at night, loves to join you on the couch, loves to purr, and LOVES to talk!! Simply put, Felix is a very interactive cat. He may even be part dog. Unfortunately, Felix is declawed (front feet) so he must be indoor-only.
Felix is on a diet that manages a kidney condition. He is currently doing very well and is having no problems. Symptoms are easy to detect and we think once he's in a loving, stress free home, this condition will stay in control. He is such a wonderful, loving cat that he is well worth the little extra vigilance it would take to care for him.
He is an "in charge" kind of boy so will do best with laid back cats who will go along for the ride.

 Spirit
Although he looks very grown up in this picture, this part-Siamese, lilac point, blue-eyed boy was born in August and still has some growing to do. Spirit is a happy, playful soul with boundless energy, self-confidence, and curiosity.
We haven't told him but, although he can see and gets around just fine, he does have vision problems. He seems to have limited peripheral vision and little or no depth perception. We don't think he can see anything completely clearly, although none of that slows him down.
In fact, Spirit is in a foster home with another juvenile cat his age. They race and chase and wear each other out. Because Spirit is such a talker and so active, he must go into a home that has another cat or be adopted along with his foster buddy, Lucky. He will not do well in a small living space.
Spirit is a cuddler and a talker who likes people, other cats (and cat-friendly dogs?)

Cecil & Albert
Meet Cecil and Albert. These two black and white boys are full brothers.
Even though they have mellowed as they have become adults and have lost the usual kitten energy, they still like to chase and wrestle and play from time to time. They will want you to play too. They check in regularly and when you settle down, they will likely want to curl up with you (or on you).
These boys were hand-raised, so they are very trusting and easy to handle. Cecil hasn't met anyone he doesn't like, while Albert will want to hang back and observe strangers a while before coming to meet them. Both these boys are smart, very curious and happy with other cats.

Harry & Neville
These handsome tabby brothers are great companions and complement each other in so many ways. If you feel an affinity for the striped cats, you will have the best of both worlds with these two. Harry is a bullseye tabby with his swirling stripes, while Neville is a mackerel tabby with his thin, curving stripes.
Harry
They are both sweet, affectionate, and playful guys who are great with people, each other, and other cats (after an introductory period). They have even had successful interaction with a dog.
Harry is an avid bird-watcher, and makes the most entertaining sounds as he observes the birds. He will make you chuckle when you listen to him chattering away. He would consider it a personal favor if you could learn to type with one hand, so that when he visits you at your desk, you can keep one hand free to pet him and hold him. He truly enjoys being held, and will purr away while you cuddle him against your shoulder.
Neville
Neville likes to sit beside you or on your lap and purr while you are reading or watching TV. He will carry toys from one place to another in his mouth, and has a very unique meow. Sometimes you can get him to answer back to you with that sweet meow. He looks like he will grow up to be a good size cat.

Half
Meet Half. She is a dainty one-year-old, dark calico girl with brilliant green eyes. Half is a sweetheart, but she is a shy girl who needs a quiet home as an only cat, or with a non-aggressive partner. In the right situation she is a happy, self confident girl who will be a lady-like and dignified companion. Half enjoys watching the world outside her window, finding a sunny spot to sleep, quiet play, and having a good cuddle with you. She is also likely to start a chirpy conversation with you when she is in the mood to talk.

Peaches and Autumn
Orange cats are not rare, but most of them are male. To have orange sisters is very uncommon and quite a delight. Most orange cats whether male or female are very sweet so whoever adopts these girls will have hit the jackpot.
Each has her own personality but they have much in common. They both love laps, people, dogs and are very gentle. Peaches is the leader and investigates everything first. Autumn will wait until she gets the all clear sign from Peaches and then forge ahead too. They
are both right out in front for their attention.
Born towards the end of April, they are no longer frenetic baby kittens but still very young and playful. They love their scratcher boxes and cat tree.

Schubert
This little love bug is just looking for a family to love and feline pals to play with. Meanwhile he's making lots of friends in his foster home and learning the best way to get your very own piece of lap in a crowd.
Schubert is a playful, people-oriented boy with a sunny disposition and a big sense of adventure. Fun is to be had around every corner.

Bronwin
In Welch, Bronwin means beautiful. This little spitfire will be a gorgeous Flame point mix once she's full grown. She loves to play which was demonstrated when trying to snap her picture. She is currently in a foster home with other kittens so she can learn some play manners. (Notice the stubble of whiskers that comes from
playing so hard.)
Bronwin had a rough start but fortunately she was rescued by a gentleman who new a good vet to take her to. After some time there getting back on her feet, she is in tip-top shape and ready to take on the world. Because of her youth and energy level, she will need a four-legged playmate to continue her play manner education AND to keep her out of trouble. She is a smart cookie and will get bored easily. Humans will not have the time or staying power to outlast that boundless energy.

Estella & Miela
Estella is the little tortoiseshell who is hugging her sister. Miela means "honey-sweet" and it is true for both girls. Watching them play is terrific entertainment but their energy is also inspirational and motivates one to get things done.
When everyone is tired and it's time to slow down and read a book (or even take a nap), they are there just dying for you to hurry and sit down. They want you to know that both fit in one lap quite nicely. They will be purring before you sit down and you'll have a hard time picking out one purr from the other.
Miela and Estella have a large fan base at their vet's office. Whenever they have gone in for their routine kitten visits, all staff who can get away for a minute come and say hi and steal a hug and a kiss.
Born the first of June, these girls have remained petite but continue to grow every day.

Kismet & Caramels
Kismet and Caramels are two wonderfully sweet and loving kittens. They are playful and love to wrestle with each other or their foster folks. Chasing the big kitties around the house is great jolly fun as well. They are very brave and they warm to new situations (and creatures) quickly. They have lived with adult cats and met both dogs and ferrets.
Kismet is independent and loves to stalk toes from under the couch or table. His favorite toy is anything he can bat around on the floor: a ball with a bell inside, a catnip toy, or even an avacado pit, anything! When it comes time to settle down he'll settle near his people and suck his thumb as he purrs himself to sleep.
Caramels is as lovey as kittens come. She lives for a lap to sit in and begins purring wholeheartedly at the first pet and she never tires of love.
She happily watches her brother explore new heights from the comfort of a lap.

Isaac & Pippa
These bottle babies were hand-reared from the age of two weeks. They are the most affectionate, charming and pampered kittens available. With typical loving tuxedo personalities, they are playful yet calm, interactive but not needy.
They love their foster mom's other cats and two large gentle dogs. This brother/sister pair are healthy, charismatic and ready for their forever home. But we warn you ... they will have you lock, stock and barrel from the moment you meet them.
When a room full of people visit their foster home, they play musical laps making sure everyone has an opportunity to receive some love.

Gris
Gris (pronounced "gree") is kitten-like in every way, from her tiny size to her inquisitive nature and her boundless energy. We were very surprised to learn at her first vet visit that she is around 2 years old!
She was found earlier this summer, abandoned and starving on a hiking trail. She had lost all of the hair on the lower half of her body, from the stress of being so hungry and alone. A group of ladies training for a marathon rescued her and contacted us for help.
This affectionate little girl made a fantastic recovery and is an absolute delight for the family who is fortunate to adopt her. She LOVES to jump, climb and play, and has a loud purr that rarely stops.

Leo
Leo is a beautiful gray male with dark leopard-like stripes. He's very social and loves to play. He does well with older cats and a Lhasa Apso. When not playing, he likes a human lap.
He would be great in a household with other cats and would be fine in a home with children.

Pickle
Pickle is a sweet-natured boy who loves to snuggle. He will jump into your lap and knead softly, never using his claws. He enjoys playing, especially with his string of beads and his jingle ball. He is very friendly with people, purring loudly and often. He has a silky-soft coat that does not tangle or mat, and he loves to be combed.
Pickle might like a laid-back cat buddy in his new home, but he can be fearful of aggressive cats and is not comfortable around dogs. He would be fine as an only cat too, but he likes attention and looks forward to dedicated play time with his people. He seems to prefer quiet surroundings, so a non-chaotic household may be ideal.

Pixie
Pixie is a darling, girl born in the middle of April who enjoys people, playing footsies with some of the resident cats on opposite sides of a door, and taking an occasional zoom around the NASCAT race course. Despite her occasional need for speed, Pixie is a dainty girl who does not enjoy the all-out wrestling antics that most kittens do. However, she is not used to being alone so a more maternal (perhaps paternal) cat buddy would be good for her while her human companions are away.
Since Pixie is a quiet girl, she would prefer a home with a human or two who enjoys reading, or cozying up in front of the fire to watch T.V. while she snuggles under their chin. Younger children would be a bit too active and noisy for her. Pixie has very good indoor manners, uses a scratching post, and has perfect litter box habits.

Zack
Zack is a sweet, dapper-looking tuxedo kitten with a black coat, white belly and white boots. He is a charming boy who starts purring about two seconds after you start petting him. He approaches his foster mom's adult cats for affection and play, and can often be caught napping right next to one of them. He would make a great companion cat for another kitty. Zack also loves people and is a real sweetheart who will want to curl up on your lap for some purring and petting.

Casper
Casper is so soft and sweet we probably should have called him Marshmallow. He loves being close to people, preferably in a cozy lap where he can cuddle, gaze up adoringly with his enormous blue eyes, and purr loud enough to rattle the windows. He is as plush as a polar bear, and has the bluest eyes and pinkest nose and toe pads we have ever seen. So handsome!
Casper needs a bit of gentle play time every day with his favorite toys, especially the Cat Dancer, and he loves to be brushed and massaged with the Zoom Groom. And as you can see in the video, he is fond of his catnip pillow. Casper is an easy-going guy, and he appreciates quiet window-gazing time and a peaceful household. He likes his cardboard scratcher for exercising his paws, and his house manners are impeccable. He may be able to exist peacefully with another mellow cat, but we think Casper would prefer to be the only cat and object of all the attention.
